Meet Our Team

John Damiano

John Damiano was born and educated in Los Angeles, California where he met his wife Jeanette. John and Jeannette have been married over 25 years. They have three children, John III, Michael Angelo, and Mary Elizabeth.

John and his family have lived in Atlanta for ten years. John spent over 30 years in retail executive management, where he held many different positions, including EVP of C&R Clothiers, President and CEO of Barbeques Galore, COO of Busybody Fitness, and COO of K&G Superstores, a division of the Men's Wearhouse.

In 2002, John left the retail business to pursue a career in real estate in Atlanta. In 2002, John was recognized by RE/MAX® Greater Atlanta as the Rookie of the Year. He has achieved Lifetime status in the Million Dollar Club, 100% Club, and Executive Club, and sits on the RE/MAX® Greater Atlanta Agent Advisory Board. John is also a member of the Atlanta Executive Forum, Business Network International, and Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.

Karen B. Eberson

Karen B. Eberson was born and educated in Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. Karen and her husband Rick met in London in 1989 and have been married for 14 years. They live in Decatur with their "child" Beamer - a Bichon Frise.

Karen has lived in Atlanta since 1983, holding many different positions dealing with customer care and services. She is a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club, an Associate Broker, a Group Leader for a monthly small group meeting of Realtors across Atlanta and is on the advisory board for Buffini & Company, the largest coaching company in the U.S.

Clax Underwood

Clax is a native of Atlanta with deep roots in the real estate industry dating to the early 1900s. His great grandparents opened the Winecoff Hotel in downtown Atlanta in 1913. Clax initial career spanned 25 years with Mercedes-Benz in the client service arena. In 1994 he returned to his real estate roots joining Metro Brokers. His career with RE/MAX® Greater Atlanta began the following year and continues through The Providence Group today.

His RE/MAX® designations include 100% Club and Executive Club. Clax is a Member of the Atlanta Executive Forum II, Business Network International, and also a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builder's Association.

Danielle Galante

Danielle Galante was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and moved to Atlanta in 1996.  She completed her undergraduate degree at Oglethorpe University as an Art Major, with a minor in Art history.  She began working as an administrator in the Sandy Springs office of RE/MAX® Greater Atlanta in 1997 and received her real estate license in 1999.

Danielle is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. She and her husband, Angelo, have two children, two and three years old.  Angelo is the Team Physician for Georgia Tech and also works with the Student Health Clinic.  She enjoys sculpting, painting and interior design.  Contact Danielle by Email Facebook Twitter

 

Barbra Neuman

Barbra Neuman joined The Providence Group in the Fall of 2009 after working with The Buckley Group of RE/MAX Greater Atlanta since 2002.  A graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications and a minor in business, Barbra Neuman has developed strong ties to the alumni here in Atlanta. Before her real estate career, she worked in radio and television for four years and was a DJ for a commercial radio station in Gainesville, Florida.  During this time, she obtained computer software certifications in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering and SQL Administration. 

Upon receiving her real estate license, Barbra has become a REBAC Accredited Buyers Representative and a buyer agency manager for The Buckley Group. She is a current member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Million Dollar Club, and was a recent recipient of the Remax President’s Club award for her proven ability to smoothly transition buyers and sellers.  In addition, she received her Broker’s license in 2005.  Barbra currently lives in the Peachtree Corners area and is very knowledgeable with all regions of Atlanta from Midtown to North Atlanta.
